Wow, thanks for all the great information! I also get sunburned very easily and have to be careful about wearing sunscreen and not staying outside for too long without an umbrella if it's really sunny. I'm also a very "jumpy" person and get anxious and worry about things I have no control over. Very frustrating, especially when I KNOW BETTER but I can't make myself NOT worry. I do take some prescription medications to help with anxiety and insomnia. I take a low dose of klonopin (half of a .25 mg. pill) and half an Ambien to help me sleep, otherwise I'm up until 2:00 a.m. or so. I would love to not take the prescriptions because I'm sure they're toxic but I don't know what else to do. I also take melatonin at night and have tried valerian but it didn't help. I do already take milk thistle (by NSI) but I will look into the other supplements. Thanks again...sometimes it's just nice to know I'm not alone in this.
