Hi all, it's been forever since I've posted here though I do read the board from time-to-time. Anyway, been dealing with what I think is candida symptoms for several years now and nothing seems to really help long-term. One annoying symptom I've been having is that my muscles get SO SORE after working out even a little bit. Not just sore but severely fatigued for several days afterwards and I'm in a lot of pain. :( Does anyone else suffer from this and do you have any advice? I'm not on the candida diet right now because my weight is already low even though I eat more than enough calories. I do seem to have a little more energy when I cut out carbs but never feel "great." Just venting...thanks for reading.
