hello everyone.
Doesn't anyone care that I am back on the forum?
I managed to recover my own health within the last 8 months via Nutritional Therapy after burnout and Nervous Exhaustion after spending too much time and countless hours helping others unselfishly and with little reward (so my wife thinks) on this forum in particular, and other forums within Curezone as well.
I know the old stalwarts of fonty and mouseclick are history but it is well worth reading their posts and contributions to you all.
In line with Dr Joel Fuhrman MD who was a prodigy of Shelton, I am more inclined to believe in Nutrition as a means of reversing and conquering disease, but still value the fast as a remedial measure, but not as the sole method in achieving that goal.
Dr Sidhwa (the longest and oldest established Doctor of Natural Hygiene) is of the opinion that there is too much emphasis on the fast and the fasting process, whilst ignoring the other elements of health such as nutrition, exercise, fresh air, and plentiful rest and sleep.
I concur with that opinion.
