The SSKI is the one with magnets so it does have a bit of elemental Iodine in it. Plus I do alternate a bit by adding less SSKI and adding 12.5 to 25 mg of Iodoral from time to time.

Why SSKI ? Because my issue that I'm primarily working on now is brain related and I found this (can't remember where though):

"Brain & Cerebriel Spinal Fluid like Iodide…Because Iodide is actively being pumped into the Cerebrial Spinal Fluid & helps increase the sensitivity of the neuro transmitters inside."

In addition I've taken AD's and those things have Fluoride in them. So I guess I'm trying to detox and feel I have more to detox than many...but maybe detoxing to fast...so I'll ponder on it a bit but I want this over sooner than late...I don't mind some discomfort If I feel I'm making progress. And I've made a good deal... even with my brain...things have changed over time (I'm assuming I'm moving in the right direction) it's just that I'd like to reach the end of the brain fog. If I can get there, I'm golden!
