it is hard for me to wrap my head around an individuals particular situation, especially over the internet. in the instance you mentioned, i was there for a couple of days just observing until i could get a handle on what was going on. i love that kind of work and would seek it out if i knew how to do so without alerting the pharmedico brownshirts.

i will stick with my comment that the acv enema sounds about right. anything to jump start the colon is a real blessing. the only caution i would give is the same for all enemas - dont use them so much you become dependent on them. thats an exit only unless youre in trouble.
