Re: Help! Keep going/back off? Your thoughts are needed!

Hi Wombat!

Well my original Depression yes...it could have been related to hypoglycemia...because one of the symptoms I recall back then was feeling fine and then feeling a drop in energy and mood that I didn't understand back then.

As I mentioned in the earlier post looking back I suspect possibly hormonal imbalance, yeast overgrowth and the other (that I didn't mention) was hypoglycemia.

But there was also childhood issues ... and since there was alcoholism in both my mom and dads family (both had brothers or sisters who drank) that was considered the culprit and genetics was blamed. Because I was to uniformed, insecure, and or "depressed" to see through their bull...and because my parents had the belief that doctors were gods...I fell for it!

Of course now I've learned that about 95% of alcoholics are hypoglycemic...according to Dr. Joan Mathews Larson healthrecovery.com

But over the last 7 years I've radically corrected my diet it's just that in the last 37 days I've been doing this raw food thing and blending green drinks. About 1/3 to half the time (which I forgot to mention) I do eat eggs in the morning soon after I get up and then finish the rest of the day with the raw foods...and add the additional protein smoothie when I feel it is needed.

It is a sort of play on this program "fat, sick and nearly dead" which this fellow did to "reboot" his system. It allows the body to detox, take in more live foods and not have to work so hard at digestion thus giving the body a break of sorts. And there is protein in greens too but I might need additional so I'll keep that in mind...thanks~

As for toxins well ... If it's not toxins from the AD's then maybe something else ... but something is pulling on my CNS and tingling in other parts of my body. And with being on Antibiotics off and on for probably 10 years and AD's for longer than that ... plus fluoride, bromide and all the rest cleansing does seem to be in order. Esp since I've never done any until these coffee enema's.

I'm just trying to research, listen to my body and do what seems like a fit. So far I've made a good deal of progress but I'm still stuck with this head and sleep thing.

The AD's completely numbed me. I mean completely...and slowly overtime things are coming back. Even the pains in my head and CNS seemed to change over time. So I keep moving forward and doing what seems like the next thing to do. If I'd done everything I've done over the last 7 years all at the same time I'd probably be there by now but I didn't know any of this back then.

After this if it doesn't solve this issue it's back to my doc to consider type2 hypothyroidism ... can't think of anything else.
