Re: Toxic Relationships

I'm still taking baby steps with her. I'm working on getting her to talk about it right now. She has been in this mode for years so it will be a challenge to get her to start thinking in another direction. Especially since she is competitive with me. Or should I say just plain jealous.
She is struggling in her life with many things right now so
I have to wear kid gloves, I guess. I don't want to add to her problems but I also don't want her to add to mine.
Sometimes I just want to unload on her but that would only do me good and I think it might only be temporary because then I would regret it. We are Christians and we are also as close as sisters. Her mental health is important to me too.
