Thank you so much for the info on honey. I've been using Manuka honey for awhile now. Once I put on a burn and it healed it so quickly, I decided I would try taking it internally. It is a yummy treat since I have been on the candida diet and have been under the impression that anything sweet will cause a set back. I didn't know how much to have and how to take it, so your info of diluting it in warm water is very helpful.
I just wanted to add here that I've been getting mine at a raw food market. ( I believe that raw is the best way to go since there is no heating that compromises the enzymes.) I was informed by the owner, (who always researches the highest quality of products possible,) that when it is raw, 15 is the highest level... and anything above 15 has been heated. I don't exactly understand it, but I trust him. Would welcome your input. Thanks again!
