Re: Question about honey

Hi

The honey should be in warm water it will mix up , yes dont use hot water.

I use tumeric & garlic & ginger & all of the spices known to be antibacterial and antifungal, like i said honey raises the hydroden perxodie levels prob helping fight off germs,

plus we really dont have 100% proof that candida is our only problem, im sure the fungus is a major problem, but many of us killed of fungus with many drugs like nilstat diflucan nizoral and still not recovered.

I am sure there is a multitude of nasty bugs involved in our imblanance , just because we know about candida , doesnt mena its our only problem, i am one of those believers who thinks candida is oppurtunistic bug , so maybe honey kills off all the bad bacteria comprising us further.

why are there so many varied results in candida sufferers? if candida was black and white we all would of recovered on nilstat like many ppl have.

if someone is scared to take honey than i say dont take it, being comfortable is the most important thing, as stress makes us alot worse.

but if your prepared to give it a try , maybe you can cut down on your carb intake to compensate for the Sugar in honey, i dont believe Sugar alone is the problem tho, i think fermenting foods are the main problem and honey doesnt ferment.
