Re: Question about honey
Just an update i forgot mention before,
a Friend of mine was teaching in saudi arabia and he started to lose weight and get digestive disorders, he returned to australia and they found bowel ulcers and diagnosed him with crohns disease, he took manuka honey daily for 3 months and went back for colonoscopy with no signs of ulcers to be found, i believe the honey is quite antibacterial and maybe we suffer from 50% fungii & 50% bacterial imbalance
anyhow i hope whatever u guys use it works and u get well.
i wont be posting for a while so forgive me if i dont answer any questions for a few a bit
wish u all well

Candida/Bacterial Imbalance
1) organic natural honey
2) No junk food no refined products or preserved products
3) no dairy Unless raw organic dairy like yoghurt or goats milk, cows milk may contain more bad bacteria i would avoid raw cows milk
4) incorporate spices and herbs into your diet
5) drink lots of water
6) sleeing patterns and eating patterns must be regular
7) exercise daily
8) do not limit yourself to one kind of food, be sure to eat many kinds or vegetables meats and eggs
9) do not eat pork or bacon or processed meats
10) most importantly stick to a routine that benefits you and do not tinker too much, stick it out , if you know something assists you stay on it and be patient
11) candida is a imbalance in our system not something we can just kill off, even though some ppl do respond well to antifungals drugs and if you do then stick it out and be patient on those drugs i would not be overly concerned about the side effects of drugs ppl mention as candida has does more harm to the liver than drugs do.
take your time and do not look for different illnesses if you have exhausted your money & time and cannot find anything else underlying , than surely you have candida and all of these weird tests like Liver and thyroid and pancreas abnormalaties are likelycaused by candida if dr's cant explain why.
Finally , we must all remember many of us suffered for many many years any sign of improvement is a good sign, so be patient everybody one who recovers, recovers differently and it all takes time, but it shouldnt take more than 3months if you are doing the right things
its hard to admit dr's were unable to diagnose us and believe i searched for a diagnosis for 15 yrs , until i realised i can change my health by listening to my body and making the necessary changes and remain patient
:) best wishes to everyone
