No I'm not anemic, I was when I was a little kid. Anyway, I take 115mg zinc, 200mcg selenium, 2,000mg vit c, 1.5 copper and B complex (from dr.weil multivitamin), garlic, olive leaf extract, 1,200mg omega 3, 3,000 pumpkin seed oil, 2,000mg glucosamine and lutein.
My body temp, and my sereve dry eyes, started to get better when I took the zinc and selenium. But the problem is that if I take all this at one dose my body temp drops by night and my eyes is severely dry again (by night). I know it's the Thyroid that causes this :(
