Cleanse the Liver

Today I took 3 kelp tablet, as a test, so I took 600mcg. My temp dropped from 97.7 to 96.62 and my eyes became very dry again (those are my signs of hypo along with being tired)
I'm so confused :(
I think I will try L-Trosyine
