Thanks alot for your reply, but I have read that Iodine is really bad for Hypothyroid. Anyway, my multivitmain provides 150mcg Iodine (from kelp). I feel better taking this multivitamin, I think because of the Copper and Vitamin Bs too.
Also I have a kelp supplement that gives 150 mcg of iodine, but I'm scared to take it after I learnt that Iodine is bad for hypoT
