Re: Its a fungus, but is it candida?
I'm currently battling a fungal outbreak on my feet/lower legs brought on by drinking alcohol (for the last time), which is also very resistant to every topical treatment I've tried. It had gone into remission and was almost gone before I played the idiot and drank. Anyways, here's some of what I'm trying and maybe some ideas.
Neem oil has become my favorite for managing this crap. Recently I have been not only taking extended release Caprylic acid, but I have been mixing it with the neem oil to rub on the affected areas. It seems to have had a positive effect so far. Although I'm really not sure that topical treatment is very effective and it may just be that my body is beginning to rein it in since I returned to my lower
Sugar diet and no drinking. I'm going to add undecylenic acid to the regimen when I get it.
The other thing I've been trying is to use my Beck blood purifier on my ankle arteries instead of my wrist. Thereby giving the 'local' fungus a nice dose of voltage at 4hz. Blood electrification was one of the things I was doing when it went into remission last time. Of course other frequencies may work better, they have documented certain ranges that kill it better, either directly or by stopping reproduction. That would be an idea for subcutaneous attack.
Other things I'm doing are massive vitamin C, goldenseal, niacinamide, garlic, probiotic, iodine, folic acid, vitamin E, neem, pippali. I just picked up some Lavender oil since it's recently been found to be a huge antifungal.
