hi there, this is way over my head, but maybe the lab they are testing your cultures at is bad. I was tested for all sorts of stuff all came back negative, then had my natural doctor use his lab and got results. If you can't find a lab to do a smear test get a vaginal test with a swab from one of these good company's and send it in. My doctors lab was good, but did not have a urine test so he dipped a swap in the urine and sent it in as a vaginal culture and it worked. I'm sorry if my suggestion is no use to you, maybe even then you wouldn't get results...
