Glad to hear you're doing what you can to make the program work for you.
I've been keeping ginger out of my juice because it's taste I'm not too fond of but I do realize that making excuses never got anyone well too. I'm going to try to keep it out of the pulp, which I boil down to use as a soup base.
Ever taken coconut oil? 12-14 years ago, before going on CNOil, I was sensitive to the amount of fruit I could eat. Nowadays, after taking 2 to 3 TBS of CNOil daily for over a decade, I can eat or drink fruit all day with no problem. No doubt it's done me some good. Now I just need to let the herbs, garlic, cayenne, etc., take over where CNOil left off.
