I just wanted to share that when I first started taking raw garlic it was awful. One small clove made me very very nauseous - it took everything in me to not throw up!!. A few days later I tried again...same thing. Another couple days, I tried again (had to keep trying since garlic was needed back when Uny was helping me overcome C diff). The third or fourth time I tried and I wasn't nearly as nauseous and it just kept improving from there. I continued to increase the amount of garlic with success and no longer experienced what I did in the beginning.
I know Uny will be replying but I wanted to share my experience with garlic in case it gives you a little hope:)
