Juice

So, what happens when you drink Ginger? Ginger is one strong herb that has been a god send to me. For a long while, every time that I felt sick or weak I would juice some Ginger and it snapped me out of it. I used to drink some pretty much every night after dinner.

I can't do any fruit juice right now because I get yeast infections really easy. The last time I ate a sweet potato I got a yeast infection that lasted for three months that just now went away. Plus I'm severely hypoglycemic.

I'd be pretty happy if I could tollerate a spicy green veggie juice with Ginger and garlic. Maybe it will work if I add enough Ginger to make up for how the garlic will probably make my stomach turn inside out and upside down.
