I hear you about considering garlic in your juice, and more power to you if you can stomach it that way. I can't, or ginger either. Personally I like to make sure I always start out with good tasting juice before I add Superfood and other herbs to it, because if I don't, then drinking it is going to make me gag, and I don't like to gag. :) I need at least one apple in my juice, and enough carrots and beet to make it sweet enough. That's where I'm at right now.
