Personally, I've found supplements to be expensive & too taxing for my body...& research is indicating that our bodies don't know what to do w/them (as well as w/any non-essential ingredients they contain). Food sources may take a bit longer for results to show, but for me it's been much better....but everyone must follow their own body's messages to them.....
