Re: Should we all be supplementing with the "awesome foursome"?

I understand , I am also really supplement sensitive. I had a similar reaction to her when taking a tiny bit of licorice the other day and also had a similar episode today after trying some chronium 200 mg before breakfast I feel really messed up.

I ordered all supplement for mitochondria support + methylation supplement it will be a matter of trial and error and starting with small dosage.

I was planning on starting the coq first :)

I really hope that I can support some of the supplement because I think alot of them are needed for healing.

ALso the dose of coq10 she use is pretty big in the myhill book the full dosage is 3 x 100mg at meal time meaning you would start with 100 mg and then work your way up to a total of 300 mg. She took 400mg in one shot that might explain the reaction .

1 year ago when I was popping clonanzepam everyday prescribed by a really smart psychiatrist :)) I could support all of doctor lam supplement witouth a problem 2 tablespoon of liponano , 1-2 scoop ribogy , glutathione , coq10.....

Now after stopping that evil pill 1/4 teaspoon of liponano will make me nuts for half a day ... go figure. I am thinking it has to do with the nervous system.... anyways I will have a bunch of stuff to try hopefully some of them work for me and can make me stronger and able to support more and build myself up.

With meditation, yoga and a bit of luck I might make it.

Since crashing bad 2 weeks ago my stomach feel inflamated I have on/off pain on both side of my body... feeling really messed up.

I wish I had all the knowledge I have now 2 years or even 1 year ago ....

Take care good luck !
