Intersting article. As well as confirmed adrenal fatigue I have confirmed lowered mitrochondria efficiency/output and these exact 4 supplements have been recommended to me by the doctor.
having cfs for 10+ years look forward to trying them but have not got round to buying them yet.
I have tried d-ribose before but it made me more fatigued, however that was around a teaspoon at a time and the dose suggested by the doc is 1/4 teaspoon.
I have read 3 different reasons why some ppl can't tolerate d-ribose. one is those with adrenal fatigue, one is those with candida (the candida shouldn't ferment d-ribose but it's a possibility) and finally those with a 'fermenting gut'
