I bought 100mg ubiquinol by Jarrow and was actually thinking about starting by cutting them open and using somewhere between a quarter and a half. I have no interest in getting stimulated at all, so the safer, the better.
I have only read a couple of pages into the Myhill book. Does she recommend to start with the coq10 or does it depend on your symptoms?
By the way, that lead that I got from her website on CO poisoning has been a god send.
