ok thankyou. i read a little bit about the q10 problems in that other thread. i did take q10 years ago when i first starting having energy problems but didn't notice any effect either way (was pretty low dose i think though)
i have some d-ribose already in so was planning on starting that first, but i just read what you wrote abouve, if it creates a problem i'll do what u suggested nd bring it in later.
the doc that recommended these to me after my mitochondria tests was dr myhill :)
