Re: Spontaneous Fast of 17 days broken this morning. Feeling Fantastic!
ah, Strong stuff. lots of magnetic 'pull'. Uncomfortable for me, for a time -- reminds me we all need to be more "earthed", as in grounded. Running water helps also. But all things get much better when I simply go without food. I really like the 19/5 schedule.
I have to sometimes remind myself, (and maybe others will want to consider this)never to eat unless:
1.
truly hungry. Forget supposed "mealtimes". As I have low stomach acid by nature, it's important that I do this.Amazing how rarely this hunger is actually the case. Or, it might arise, then to quickly pass away, after some water, or some simple herb tea.
2. and never to eat when tired, thirsty, upset
in any way, or otherwise preoccupied, and when something other than food would be preferable. eg. silence, meditation, walking in nature, etc.
Apparently, it (the quite substantial solar flare) was most/first troublesome in China. Hmmmmmm.
The fact you felt very up and good is a good sign. It's all about perspective, eh? You likely took the nergy and transmuted it.
Here in Cnada, we have a new holiday called "family" day tomorrow, and tonight, by serendipity, we are enjoying the complete felt-like soundlessness of a new blanket (or seven!)of snow.
best to you, Sun! :-)
