i went back an read alot of that, it makes alot of sense. i'm gonna get my doc to wean me off xanax an put me on valium to get off benzos completely.

i still believe i have some sort of parasites or other issues, but i think the benzo use is whats messing with me mentally soooo much.

my adrenal cortisol test wasnt that far off? but my sodium is usually very low. i'm gonna try an help my adrenals more an supplment with amino acids...actualyl im' gonnna do the metametrix organic acid test first.
