Jboy - it sounds like there's some vascular pressure SOMEWHERE that is causing all these problems. A few things to try are
1) Magnesium - it relaxes blood vessels, and calms and relaxes you helping you sleep. I get best results on the stuff you mix with water and drink. When I have insomnia, high blood pressure, high anxiety etc magnesium always helps. Another good form is just to buy some epson salts (also magnesium) and soak in a bath with it especially before bedtime.
2) Sam-E - really helps calm the mind and those speeding thoughts, also relaxes blood vessels and joint swelling to boot. Really good for feeling happier and sleeping better. When I absolutely, positively have to sleep, Magnesium, Sam-E and some asperin do the trick. I recommend NatureMade brand. It works great, is inexpensive and sold at most grocery stores and pharmacies.
3) Pot - Ok this is weird since I'm usually against pot smoking for the most part. But I've seen so much research lately on how well it relaxes the body, and even how it kills tumors. Especially brain tumors since it can cross the blood brain barrier and shrink tumor cells without killing the good cells. Sure, maybe a few memory and motivational cells go bye bye but you had too many of those anyway - right?
I agree you should definitely see a health professional (mainstream or otherwise) on this - and as soon as possible. These are just some things that might bring some immediate relief.
