Well weight is still creeping upward. 226.4 lowest that saw near end of fast was 217.2. Again since was 220 just few days ago this gain pretty much has to water weight or food in digestive track.
Did eat pretty heavy meal last night with stir fry and brown rice.

Also friends came over and did have several turkey bit things like little peperoni sticks they are not too bad on fat but pretty sure up there on salt.And did have some regular potato chips and had a beer as well.

Still bit depressing to see any weight regain but you can always expect some when you renew intake of salt and carbs.

I am not giving up by any means. Today doing treadmill did it 5x week and do weights for 3x this week tommorrow.

Skipping breakfast have done that since ending fast its not a big deal to me don't miss it at all and if feel like something breakfasty just have brunch and then its my lunch too.

Supper likely something with more salt tonite. Tonite ordering in a tropical chicken thin crust from panagos.Share that with wife. Not going to worry right now about my salt intake that much.Still going to be eating some salty stuff not going to simply cook all the time and stay at home and not eat out.

Lunch will be soup and whole wheat crackers. Not sure what kind. The soup might be low sodium and might not. Most of soups I buy are low sodium and sometimes low fat.

Today will also make sure that any snack I have is limited to about 80 or so calorie yogurt popsicle thing.

And am already doing the EAT STOP EAT where fast 2-24 hour periods weekly and as said skipping breakfast pretty much every day. May do a Water Fast possibly next weekend see how things go. I would think once salt levels hit certain point that will start to drop weight of course from the weights and calories taking in.
