I think you are on the right track.

Cold hands and feet are a common symptom of mercury and yeast. Definitely get those poisonous silver fillings out of your body as soon as you can afford to and find out about ways to chelate (remove the mercury from your body). I recommend the Cutler Protocol, but there are varying opinions about the best way to do it.

You might also try an anti-yeast treatment. My hands were like blocks of ice (in the winter and in the freezing air conditioning in American buildings) before I started the diet and treatment. Twice I had the tips of my fingers turn blue.

Now, I admit my fingers are still cold in the winter, but my palms are warm, and I haven't had any more trouble with my fingertips turning blue. I used to suffer from temperature intolerance as well, but now I don't have the problem anymore.

I'm not finished with chelating and yeast cleansing, but I'm hopeful that taking care of the mercury/yeast will take care of my cold fingers too.

I suggest you do research and find out more about this issue and make your own judgement.
