Very cold hands and feet

I have very cold hand and feet and it's driving me crazy. I live in a cold country and during the winter I have to live with this discomfort constantly.
Normal people have no idea how awful it is. I'm not quite sure when it started, but I believe I was in my pre-teens or teens.

I tried cayenne capsules, and didn't see a difference with normal doses. I tried eating a lot of capsules (20+) after a meal to see if a bigger dose would make a difference and noticed my core (chest, stomach) getting warmer, however my hands and feet stayed just as cold as usual!

I tried ginko biloba at "intensive usage" doses, no difference.

I tried eating lots of virgin coconut oil, which other people say warms them up, and again I felt no effect whatsoever.

I tried a high-quality Iodine supplement, and saw no difference with the problem.

I tried sea kelp, again to no avail.

I'm still taking all of the above except the kelp, since it's healthy anyway, but it didn't fix this particular problem.

The only thing that warms me up is taking a hot beverage, as a temporary solution.

My overall diet is pretty good. I stopped caffeine, unhealthy forms of sugar, junk foods, table salt , etc, years ago.

Easily 99% of what I eat is organic. I eat fruit, occasionally vegetables that I juice, grains with no gluten, healthy sugars like raw unheated honey and palm sugar, natural unprocessed pink salt, seeds, goat cheeses made with raw milk, occasionally organic grass-fed meats, garlic, lots of indian spices, main fat is virgin coconut oil, etc.

Lately I have been including more meat and natural salt in my diet as per people's advice on the adrenal fatigue forum. I find that I crave these foods quite a lot, so I think it's helping.

I also take supplements; a high quality multivitamin, a vitamin D3, high quality cod liver oil, some superfoods, etc. I really don't think it comes from my diet. I had the same problem when I ate a bad diet several years ago.

I had a bad back, however for the last few years I've been going to a very good chiropractor and the bulk of the problem has been resolved, energy should be circulating well through my spine now.

One thing I have left to check out is Amalgam fillings. Could mercury toxicity be causing this? Ever since I read about Amalgam fillings being bad I have been trying to make the money to remove them. I estimate the total cost would be 3000$ to remove and replace all of them, and I have 800$/3000$ right now. Pretty hard to make money as a student. I will still take a few months before I can remove them, but in the meantime I want to try other things if this turns out to not be the issue.

Any ideas as to what the root cause of this could be? If I don't figure out the root cause, I won't be able to fix it.

I didn't really know in which categories to put this question, so I put it a bit everywhere ^^'
