I would say yes to the amalgam...but everybody is different. Sometimes the Amalgam is the main culprit, sometimes it's an exacerbating factor (in addition to whatever the main culprit is). I'm also having a cold hand and feet. The only help is that I stay in tropical country, so my situation is not that bad (except when it's raining hard for days). That's why I just left it that way, the cold hand and feet (covering helps sometimes, and drink/eat something warm also). Try the ginger.
