Re: Very cold hands and feet

Poor lymphatic drainage can lead to structural problems, such as tennis elbow, repeated strained or sprained ankles, and low backache. Feeling rundown, poor circulation, and cold hands and feet or numbness and/or tingling in the extremities.

Try jumping on a mini-trampoline, deep breathing exercises, extra water intake, and dry skin brushing or using a wash cloth in the shower to exfoliate the skin. Most important, keep the bowels moving properly when detoxing symptoms arrive ;-)
