I feel your pain, my fingers are always like ice. Something I've heard in the meantime: Lexapro, an SSRI (apparently now being prescribed to help repair adrenal fatigue), is prescribed for Raynaud's syndrome.

I thought that was interesting, though I'm not yet asking for any prescriptions!
