My diet was fairly modest fat wise, mostly salads and fruit but I didn't have enough to provide the fibre I needed relative to how much olive oil I was consuming. I would consider detoxing your liver through other means e.g http://www.liverdoctor.com/default.asp, rather than flushing because its gentler and will help you change your diet/lifestyle. Other than that, if you feel sick or very 'sticky' after having flush then don't bother with them, ignore people who say otherwise.
