Re: Angry, angry, angry
I think everyone hopes to find a quick fix to years of problems. If it was so simple everyone would know about, do it and celebrate without fear of consequence. Years of damage can not "and this is just good ole common sense" be overturned in just a day, two or even in a few months. You can not expect to do these flushes and then eat, drink be merry without thinking about the consequences of your actions. For every action there is a reaction. NOT book sense common sense.
Granted, I had an extremely positive experience with my first flush. Did I go to the Dr. and have things checked out like a before and after? No, I chose not to go that route. I liken it to a diet. If I have been on a diet for a couple of weeks and the scales say I have lost only two pounds, I am more than a little disappointed. But, if I put on a pair of pants that were too tight a few weeks ago and now they feel a little loose...I would feel very successful. So, I ask you.... How do you feel?
No judgements here... but like me you sound like an all or nothing type person. In my mind I think, "Heck if 20 minutes of exercise three times a week is suffiecient, then 120 minutes everyday must be so much better." So I go at it like a mad woman and it last for about 2 months then I burn out, or pull a hamstring or get sick. I blame it on the exercise or the people who recommended it when in fact, I did it to myself. I plan on doing things very differently concerning the Liver Flushes. Once a month..unless I have trouble. I'm just asking you to re-evaluate and ask yourself if it is something you could have done differently. I hate to see you give up on what could be a very good thing.
As always wishing all,
Health and Happiness
