Hi, I'm quite angry right now, half if not fully because of the state of my liver and also because of what I was reccommended to do on these forums. Anyhow, I was told to do the liver flushes, I had problems with my liver and this would supposedly make it better. It didn't, in part my own fault for doing it too much (once every two weeks) and also mini-flushes everyday. The point is, it made a fatty liver worse because of the cholestorol content of it, you can say all you want about Olive oil lowering LDL and so forth but like any fat it still raises it overall and it still made my liver much worse than it was before. Don't make the same stupid mistake I did, make sure you have lots of fibre before/after flushes to get out the excess cholestorol, Olive oil simply does not on its own but then I expect you all knew that.
