LOL!!!  I was actually about to start  my email that way, apologising if i sound vague, as my head is not quite functioning and all the information is just swimming in my head like a merry go round. Even writing down what i read is hard. You read my mind! Tx so much Ginagirl! I'll be placing and order  and getting some extra B2 and B3 - and be ready for influx of brain fogged induced trainee questions (I apologise in advance), hopefully one day i can help another brain fogged person!
