Thank you so much. I suspect the same. I took some Iodine drops (each drop containss = 38,35ul) contains potassium Iodine Iodide 125.4up, equiv to Iodine 95.87 ug, equiv to potassium 29.52 - any good?

Bought this 50ml bottle of emulsion iodine drops, as i can't find Lugol's and this morning i woke up without my usually swollen thyroid gland bothering me. Lucikly i've been taking all the complimentary supplements for about two months now - bee pollen for Bs, Magnesium citrate (couldn't find malate here in Australia), lots of Vit C from berries and rosehip and sodium (celtic salt)for my adrenals anyway, so maybe a good start already. I;ll read up on the protocol and give it a couple of months to see how my body further reacts.

Keep the advice or info coming please as i'm a newbie. I;ll see if i can do the loading test also, but not sure it will be accurate as i've been taking kelp for a while and not sure i'll have time as i'm going overseas to live in a few weeks.
