The urine test = worth nada I am afraid; it is the loading thest that works, but you dont have to do it; many here at the forum have started Iodine without the "help" of docs.
Your choice;
cysts & nodules, hypo T is a typical sign of Iodine deficiency.

The only thing I want to add is dont use Magnesium oxide; as citrate or malate work so much better IMO
