I wonder if that would happen to me to if I went to bed that early, wake up around 4 am. I used to wake up around 4 am a lot when I wasn't sick and slept relatively normally. I remember some Doc saying I wake up at 4 am because something to do with magnetic shifting of the earth or moon or whatever the hell he said (I thought it was because I just had to pee!). Made sense why I'd always wake up at the same time in the middle of the night though.
I just read about "Earthing" and really want to try it out. The author of the article mention he used to wake up around 4 am and said the Earthing has almost put an end to that.
Back to my main topic, I was just wondering if it's true what Dr. Lam said about going to bed before 10 pm really helps your adrenals.
