Way to early for bed for me. I go to bed at 11pm every night sometimes later. I get up at 7.30am or if I have the luxury of sleeping in sometimes as late as ten. This works for me. I could never go to bed before ten. Trying to change this would stress me out completly. Just do what makes you comfortable. I don't see how one rule will suit every single person with AF.
