Interesting.... so you're saying that I can keep on having anxiety even after AF improves and resolves because it was my body's coping mechanism before, and I'm so used to panicking that I keep doing it out of habit. So my mind and body need to be retrained.
Just did a little research on cbt. Do people do cbt on themselves without a therapist? I'd not trust myself to do it right... I'd rather have someone guiding me.
