Re: honey helps regrow good bacteria, to fight candida

you are 100% right, ppl fear sugars but take toxic medicines, honey will def help everyone, it will help restore the good bacteria and reduce the bad. no point starving yourself to fight dysbiosis. i posted almost 9 months ago stating how raw honey and herbs and spices n just eating high fibre cured me, but i still see the same ppl who tried refuting me on here posting scientific articles.

please ppl use honey, high fibre vegetables that are prebiotic, raw milks n youghurts even choc is fine in moderation.

never fear an illness the body can cure itself with the right foods,

all ppl need to is regrow their own good bacteria , which very easy to do if they stop focusing on killing and focus on restoring.

:)
