Re: Yes - please advise
Hi,
This gives me a lot to think about. I have one BM daily, seldom more than that. When I devoted to ER4YT, I had no odor or effort in my BMs. In the last few days that I've eaten a type O+ non secretor diet and stopped eating avoids, I seem to have better digestion. I'm not married to ER4YT, so it is possible for me to quit it. What blood type are you? You call the hospital to find out your blood type, and go from there. It doesn't seem to work on everybody, but it seems to work OK on me. It's just another way to fine tune your body. With the right herbs, it may not be needed.
So, will I be OK on health food store non organic 90,000 cayenne until I can get a pound of organic cayenne sent here?
I can only tolerate so much raw ACV. I can take it about once every 2 days. If I take it daily, it'll space me out. Has something to do with live yeasts.
Been dealing with protein calorie malnutrition for some reason, and if food passes through me too fast, I'll feel it in my forearms that my body is trying to steal proteins to maintain my liver, heart, etc.
I just bought 2 bottles of local (VA) Wildflower and Alfalfa honey, and I'd love to have some with lemon juice, water, and cayenne. I bet that'd be good.
I agree with you on the RDA for iron too. Cayenne is not Heme iron, so it should be fine. Heme iron in red meat is the type that tends to pile up, if I'm not wrong. true, we all need some iron every day. Toning up the organs sounds like a nice idea.
I'm hoping I can take cayenne every day forever. I do think the 250w infrared bulbs on that sauna were causing the problem I had. I'll find out. I don't get much burning from 1/4 tsp in cool water. I going to try it in boiling water and let it cool to drink again. This seems to make a potent-er brew. Last night I did that and added 1/4 tsp of ginger powder, and WOW did that burn. I was saying "wow, whyyyyyyy did I do that to my poor self?"
