Re: #46511's Reply To Uny
Something is telling me, and I'm not sure why, but I'm thinking that it's better to alternate between heat (sauna) to cold (out in the snow).
Either way, the sauna has such a long standing tradition in many cultures throughout the world, it must have value. In North America, for example, there is the tradition of the sweat lodge. I can imagine that too much too fast would make a person sick if they detox too fast.
I like cayenne too; I prefer the liquid form. Maybe the "heat" burns up and scares away the parasites, viruses, etc. I don't know why, but I've always imagined this to be true. It makes sense in a way, because fevers burn up viruses and bacteria etc. (at least in my mind). Call me crazy if you will, but I don't know why I intuitively think that these things are true.
