You're gonna make it through this!!!! You're young and have a strong body. I know it feels like you are dying, but I seriously doubt that you are.
Anyhow, yes to chicken. I'm not sure about the rice if you do have Candida. I know there are different beliefs about what one should eat on the Candida diet and I don't know for sure. Either way, a food journal is going to be the best way for you to determine what is best for you. And trial and error takes time. My suggestion is to try to focus on what you want, which is healing, rather than your fear. Every time you get scared, say a mantra to yourself. My Mantra is "my body is in the process of healing and will continue to heal until I'm vibrant and healthy.". I don't always believe it when I say it to myself but it always calms me down. I suggest that you repeat your mantra as many times as it takes to calm yourself.
Once you are less afraid it will be easier to be patient with yourself, your body, and your food journal. You are a detective now. It will take time for the answers to appear though.
