The first thing I would do is to take high doses of Vit C. Something you ate may contained enough mold toxin to produce a reaction. Take the Vit C until you get loose stools then adjust dose downward.
If this was an allergic reaction taking antihistamine may help as will antiinflammatory herbs - turmeric, cinnamon, ginger.
I have had similar reactions mostly before I started using Hulda Clark 's programs and learned to avoid mold toxins.
