So pretty sure I have AF...now what to do?
I bought a blood pressure meter, i was 122/66 sitting, and 111/68 upon standing. I had a doc say i had AF a while ago looking at my eyes. I also have severe eye floaters, extensive
food allergies , depersonalization, anxiety, out of reality.
SO.
I'm just curious, all my problems started with pain around my appendix. I thought I may have a parasite, which i'm waiting for the test to determine. I also am waiting on my saliva cortisol test results. Anyways, could a
parasite be causing this?
I know I have heavy metals, which could be why my adrenals/thyroid are messed up. Yet I don't have the mental stamina to endure chelation right now until i get some strength mentally.
What am I suppose to eat if I'm allergic to so much? I've read to avoid raw foods, I've also read avoid cooked foods. Sugars are bad? what about regular potatoes? What if I have candida/sibo/parasite? Everything I read is conflicting. I'm taking some basic vitamins. C, E, A, D, b2/5/6. I cant handle b12 or i'd take a b complex. I take magnesium, zinc, an i think thats it. should i take calcium?
All of this is confusing, I was sick, but not this bad a few months ago...it's gotten much worse over 6 months since it started.
Thanks for any advice.
