Re: So pretty sure I have AF...now what to do?
Jb, How long have you been taking all those vitamins and can you list the doseages for us? If you have advanced A.F., high doseages of vitamins and minerals could be more than your adrenals can handle.
It is good that you are doing the 24-hour saliva test, but I think it is time to consider alternative medicine. In Portland there must be some good practitioners of T.C.M. (Traditional Chinese Medicine). If you want to go that route, you might want to talk to Alex Tuggle in Berkeley, CA:

Maybe he can suggest someone closer to you, but I am working with him and I live in Boston, so there are options.
You need to find out what is going on in your body (especially gut), and M.D's are not trained to assess you correctly.
My advice to you would be to search (when you feel relatively well) for practitioners in your area who have a background in T.C.M., nutritional medicine and A.F.
These practitioners are in Portland, OR:

As another poster suggested, it would make sense to talk to local providers of
colonics (colon hydrotherapy). It will probably cost nothing to talk to them, and they may have encountered gut issues like yours.
