Re: So pretty sure I have AF...now what to do?
I highly suggest you get back on you hcl and enzymes. You must get some food in you. The brain fog/pressure is probably your body having trouble breaking your food down. I have the same thing after I eat. It was much worse when I tried reducing my hcl. I take about 1200 mg per protein containing meal and am thinking about increasing it. My friend takes 4000 mg and she's a little girl. Try keeping a food journal and gradually increasing your enzymes and hcl until you get some relief. If you take too much, your stomach will feel burning. Next time you eat tale a little less. Also, it helped me to have a few different sized hcl's so that I wasn't having to take a mass quantity of pills. I have a 250mg and a 600mg. It made it easier to increase in small quantities. My brain fog and pressure is almost completely gone now that I have increased my dose.
I also have pain near the appendix sometimes. I suggest you try eating mostly cooked veggies. They are easier to digest. My pain got really bad there when I was trying to eat saurkraut. That area is a tricky area because the colon changes directions there. You might wanna try getting a
colonic and going once a month for a while.
I easily have as many food issues as you. Don't panic, Kay? You're gonna be okay. Increasr your digestive power with a little help from your friends and you should feel better.
